CATE 0.5 Released

Friday, 4 April 2008

This release includes further work on compatibility with the EDIT Common Data Model, and substantial work on the stability and performance of the software.

The exemplar groups have also been very busy - the Araceae team have included preliminary releases of interactive Lucid keys to Philodendron and Anthurium and web pages to accompany these genera, plus the beginnings of the African Araceae, Arophyton, Carlephyton, Gonatopus and Zantedeschia.

The Sphingidae exemplar group have provided images of two sub-families, Macroglossinae and Chaerocampinae - well over 3,000 high quality images of adult moths and dissections.
